Compensation: $52,000.00 - $58,240.00 annually depending on experience

We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is curious, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally within a firm that values both grit and generosity.
What You'll Do:- Support senior team members with day-to-day client management and campaign execution
- Write compelling and strategic content across various platforms, including press releases, op-eds, social media, web copy, and fact sheets
- Conduct in-depth research on policy issues, stakeholder groups, and campaign landscapes
- Prepare regular client updates, reports, and internal briefings
- Coordinate communications and materials for legislative and ballot measure campaigns
- Assist in developing media strategies, content calendars, and coalition-building initiatives
- Prepare weekly reports for clients
- Coalition building and outreach to statewide, regional, and local organizations
- Help manage timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution under deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required. Preferably in a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in public affairs, advocacy, government relations, policy-focused work or political public experience
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively across multiple formats
- A collaborative, “team-first” mindset—we succeed together

- A strong work ethic and desire for continued professional development
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work product
