Job Description And DutiesWe invite individuals interested in building a unique program in California government to join the Safer Consumer Products Program (SCP) team. As an Analyst II you will:
- Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts;
- Lead Personnel Liaison efforts;
- Collaborate closely with CalHR and the Department of Finance to support fiscal impacts to the program;
- Plan and facilitate public workshops and events;
- Oversee purchasing and procurement activities.
- Experience with creating process improvement workflows and implementation;
- Experience with leading recruitment efforts;
- Experience with verbal and written communication across various stakeholders and organizations;
- Experience with procurement and purchasing efforts;
- Experience with administrative support: outreach, planning, and customer service.
