Salary$6,330.00 – $7,929.00 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Under the general direction of the Federal Recovery Monitoring and Compliance Supervisor I, the incumbent independently manages day‑to‑day monitoring and compliance activities for complex Federal Recovery programs. Key responsibilities include subrecipient monitoring, technical assistance, and risk assessments for grants such as the National Disaster Resilience Competition, CDBG‑DR, Mitigation, and other Federal recovery programs.

- Describe experience coordinating across multiple teams or programs to ensure compliance with complex federal, state, or organizational requirements. Provide a specific example.
- Describe your ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with changing priorities and timelines.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery/Mitigation programs or similar.
- Experience drafting and conducting entrance and exit conferences, monitoring reports, memos, and tracking corrective action plan responses.
- Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with federal and state program requirements.
- Ability to identify subrecipient compliance risks and coordinate risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across divisions, agencies, or organizations.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation skills.
