Job Description And Duties

Do you have a desire to help clean up waste and help protect the health and well‑being of California's people through recycling? Do you possess strong analytical skills and a passion to implement new programs? Do you enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and customers to protect California’s environment?

The Department of Resources and Recovery (Cal Recycle) is looking for a strong analyst who is self‑motivated, creative, and customer‑focused to conduct complex analytical and technical work related to the administration and implementation of incentive and supplemental payment programs and various Beverage Container Recycling Program reporting and program application requirements.

The incumbent may be required to independently travel overnight to program sites and events.

The incumbent must have a current California Driver’s License and participate in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Employer Pull Notice Program.
