Duties
You will coordinate with Division staff and subordinate districts through the planning process for disaster response contingency operations.
Report progress of FEMA Region plans to the Division's Chief, Emergency Management, and the USACE Director of Contingency Operations.
Provide written guidance to USACE Division staff and subordinate districts for civil disaster contingency operations.
Produce written plans and operations orders for disaster response contingency operations.
Coordinate planning activities with subordinate USACE districts to ensure plans are fully integrated.
Synchronize USACE Division support to FEMA and US Northern Command through coordination with planning and liaison officers.
Maintain contacts with planners at FEMA Regions, other Federal agencies, and field grade staff officers.
