We are looking for a Project Assistant to provide support for our Strategic Communications Department and 340B Pharmacy Program. (Sacramento-based applicants only. No remote work available)
The ideal candidate- is fluent in
* English and Spanish, Russian and/or Dari - has administrative, communications, and/or data analysis experience

Eligibility: Benefits are available to employees working 30+ hours per week

Compensation Disclosure: $25.00 to $30.00 per/hr
The compensation range listed reflects Elica’s good-faith estimate of the anticipated hiring range for this position in accordance with California pay transparency requirements. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and qualification.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or communications, or an Associate’s Degree in a related field with minimum 2 years of experience working in an office-based environment performing similar work
- Intermediate knowledge of content production software and project management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and relevant software, preferred
- Experience using service portals and extracting data from systems preferred
- Some data analysis experience preferred
Website and intranet management experienced preferred - Event planning experience preferred
- Experience with language translation, content development and presentation, and visual storytelling preferred
- Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
