. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday 10:30A-7PM
Pay Range: $32–$38 per hour
What You’ll DoAs an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, you’ll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive
. You’ll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness education—helping create a healthier workplace culture.
Your impact goes beyond treatment: you’ll help employees move better, feel better, and stay on the job.
Responsibilities- Injury Prevention & Management: Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes.
- Ergonomic Assessments: Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team.

Education:
Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety. - Health & Wellness Promotion: Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home.
- First Aid Injury Care: Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently
- Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) required
