Location:
Sacramento, CA

Schedule:
Monday – Friday

Compensation: $112,000 – $130,000 annually (contingent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a mission-driven organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The psychologist will play a key role in conducting evaluations, determining eligibility, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting case management services. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, adults, and families while working in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Perform eligibility reviews in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments, including:
  • Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), (Wechsler)
  • Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales
  • Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development
  • Provide clinical consultation and support to case management staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and documentation.
  • Participate in training, committees, and occasional court testimony regarding eligibility determinations.
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology required.
  • Active California license as a psychologist required.
  • Required experience in:
  • Testing for developmental disabilities.
  • Eligibility reviews for services.
  • Case management support and physician collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, clinical formulation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative with team and great communication.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus! Not required
