Under direction of the Manager II, the HPS II provides coordination and technical program assistance for planning, implementation and evaluation of health care policies related to the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)/Rural Health Center (RHC) program. The HPS II will serve as a highly skilled technical program consultant, providing policy and consultative advice on the most complex and sensitive policy matters within the Section.
The HPS II will function as the Section expert advisor and specialist for FQHC/RHC reimbursement policy development.
