Pay: $45 to $50 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in regaining mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and track resident progress
• Work closely with therapists, nurses, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation per state and facility guidelines

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
