The Lead Speech Language Pathologist position is a full-time role in Santa Barbara, CA, offering a salary between $100,000-$120,000+ with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus.
- Provide direct clinical services, assessments, and consultations for children, primarily focusing on those on the autism spectrum.
- Implement Early Start and DIRFloortime best practices within treatment plans.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and document progress, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Perform in‑home sessions tailored to each child's needs, maintain equipment, and contribute to team meetings.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and certifications as required.
California SLP license, ASHA certification, Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, passion for working with children with autism, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate within a team.
ScheduleM-F, 8:00 AM‑6:00 PM (flexible).
