Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare foods across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching, or pantry items per menus;
Maintain clean, organized workstation and sanitize work areas;
Train and mentor new team members on cooking procedures, recipes, equipment, and health regulations;
Coordinate with front of house and back of house leaders to manage daily operations and communicate issues;
Assist with special events or parties including setup, carving, cooking, and teardown as needed
