Oak View Group - Up to $27.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors, including inventory, staffing, sanitation, and cash handling procedures;
Provide a high level of oversight and operational expertise for smooth, efficient, and profitable event execution;
Must have working knowledge of POS programming, troubleshooting and operations;
Training new and current employees regarding property procedure & best practices;
Willing to cover/back-up open positions to assure location is fully operational and meet speed of service and guest satisfaction
