Position: Human Resource (HR) Business Partner
Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

+ Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

+ Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent practices.

+ Support performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.

+ Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

+ Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.

+ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR services.

+ Drive change management and communication strategies during organizational transitions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.

+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

+ Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

+

Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred

Skills:

+ SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

+ Experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.

+ Familiarity with organizational development and succession planning.
