Ghafari Group is a growing organization focused on operational excellence and employee well-being. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage internal HR functions and support employees across the organization.

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
• Administer company policies, procedures, and HR compliance
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and personnel files
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
• Coordinate internal training, orientation, and HR initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• High level of discretion and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
