*** Servicenow Lead Engineer
*** for a project with one of our California State clients.

Qualifications
** Service Now Engineer:
**** MUST HAVE:**
* ** Service Now HRSD Certification** – Human Resources Service Delivery Implementation
* ** Service Now in System Admin Certification**
* ** Bachelor’s Degree**
* ** 5 years IT – 3 years lead**
* ** MUST HAVE 3 years’ Service Now experience:
**** Mandatory

Qualifications:

*** Proven experience with
** HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
** for timekeeping and project management within Service Now.
* Strong background in developing custom workflow applications and
** configuring/installing
** new
** Service Now modules.
*** Expertise in creating and managing workflows, dashboards, and
** reports in Service Now.
*** In-depth knowledge of
** Oracle database schema
** and
** querying techniques
** is essential.
* Experience in defining
** data mapping
** between
** Oracle databases
** and
** Service Now.
*** Hands-on experience with
** Service Now Integration Hub
** for connecting and integrating with other systems.
* Proficiency in working with
**** Service Now REST and SOAP APIs.****
* ** Desirable:**  + Service Now Certified Technical Architect
