Salesforce Devops Engineer; Copado

We are looking for a Salesforce Dev Ops Engineer with Copado Experience.

The engineer is responsible for streamlining, automating, and managing the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications to ensure stable, rapid, and secure releases. They focus on maintaining CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), environment management, and collaborating with developers to resolve conflicts, enhancing overall software delivery efficiency.

• CI/CD Pipeline Management
  :
  Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, often using tools like Git Hub Actions
  , Copado
  , or Gearset.
• Environment & Release Management
  :
  Manage sandbox refreshes, deployment orchestration (metadata/data), and branch strategies to maintain consistency from development to production.
• Automation & Optimization
  :
  Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed.
• Collaboration & Support
  :
  Work with developers, architects, and admins to resolve merge conflicts and debug deployment issues.
• Governance & Security
  :
  Ensure compliance with Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) guidelines, manage version control (Git), and implement security monitoring.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado in production
• Strong experience managing CI/CD pipelines, user stories, commits, and deployments
• Solid Git experience (branching, merges, conflict resolution)
• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and release cycles
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with developers and admins
