Job Title – Technical Support Technician (Intermediate)

Role Type – Contract (2/9/26 – 8/10/26)

• Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support (remote and in-person)
• Full understanding of Windows environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite
• A+ Certification
• Ability to travel and pass a driving record review
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Provide desktop support to business users including hardware configuration, upgrades, imaging, and deployments
• Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets and incidents using the Service Now ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure standard desktop software packages
• Coordinate with third-party maintenance engineers when needed
• Participate in emergency response duties outside normal hours as required
• Travel occasionally to support other offices or business needs
• Engage in project-based work, contributing to innovation and IT improvement initiatives
• Work a standard schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-focused support at all times
