Lead enterprise process redesign across HR, payroll, timekeeping, supply chain, and finance operations. - Develop change management strategies including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and training execution.

Direct cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, analysts, and operational SMEs. - Influence senior leaders and executives through clear, data-driven communication.
- Ensure adherence to PMI standards, internal governance, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Healthcare & Supply Chain Expertise (Non-Negotiable): 10+ years of experience leading complex initiatives within healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading supply chain operations, including sourcing, contracting, inventory, or vendor management.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-level cost reduction, operational efficiency, and compliance through systems and process improvement.

- Data, Reporting & Analytics:
Comfortable working with data to support decision-making, including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting. - Experience partnering with analysts or IT teams using SQL, reporting tools, or enterprise dashboards (hands-on not required, but fluency expected).
- Leadership & Execution:
Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and organizational change. - Known for operational credibility — able to engage clinicians, finance, supply chain, IT, and executives as a peer.
- Experience coaching teams and elevating delivery discipline across large programs.
