MandatoryRequirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Service or Help Desk environments that include Altiris and Service Now (Express and Enterprise).
- Deep knowledge of the Symantec Altiris tool.
- Expert level knowledge of Service Now (Express & Enterprise).
