Seeking an ITSSS whose primary duties will be to assist with the on-site MIS support at the County Clerk Recorder. This assignment will primarily be with a team that focuses on one customer's IT needs CCR, while maintaining standards defined by the Department of Technology. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of Active Directory or other identity management systems, attention to detail, ability to work with rapidly changing priorities, and experience with troubleshooting Windows systems.
Good verbal and writing skills are needed for customer interaction and documentation. Responsibilities include providing second-level Service Desk support tickets, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting customers remotely with DUO, Net Motion, and network resource connectivity. The role also involves deployment of MECM GUI and headless images, software deployments both manually and as MECM task sequence packages, and updating hardware and software assignments in Manifest.
Additional duties include assisting users with operating systems, application programs, utilities, and hardware operations, imaging, installing, and moving IT-related equipment, and working with hardware peripherals such as label/receipt printers and barcode scanners. A good understanding of Microsoft Edge configurations, used as the platform for running web applications, is also required.
