Research Data Specialist III - Hybrid Telework

• Provide expert guidance on web‑based Power applications and lead application development and data automation efforts
• Develop strategies for seamless data integration, including work with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
• Facilitate work groups and serve as a data subject‑matter expert
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including clinical, operational, and executive teams
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a data‑driven research‑related field, including at least one course in statistical methods
• Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple projects
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Experience leading large‑scale projects related to data quality assessments and application development

• Experience in data warehouse development, data quality reviews, or data migration
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders
