Service Now Application Architect ().

Sacramento, CA (Remote).

24-36 months.

• Minimum of 12-15 years experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as an Architect on two completed large and complex, full lifecycle Service Now projects.
  • “Large and complex” is defined as projects with implementation contract value greater than $15M, interfacing with at least five external systems, and including multi-platform processing with internal and external user-facing front ends optimized for multiple user interface platforms.
• Minimum two years of experience managing the overall application platform architecture.
• Minimum two years of experience overseeing development, validation, and deployment plans.
• Experience on one project implementing court case management and/or adjudication administration functionality.
• Current and valid Service Now Application Architecture certificate.
• Current and valid Service Now platform cloud/product/service certificate(s).

• Experience on more than two completed large and complex, full lifecycle Service Now projects as an Architect.
• Experience on more than one project implementing court case management and/or adjudication administration functionality.

• Ability to provide end-client references for projects used to meet the qualification requirements, including signed client confirmations.
• Experience used to meet the requirements need to be within the last ten years.
