** What's the Job?*

+ Download files, calibrate printers, set up files, and perform digital printing.

+ Provide ongoing customer communication via phone, email, and in-person.

+ Print, bind, assemble, scan, and package documents of various sizes, including large-format construction drawings.

+ Convert digital files to print-ready formats and verify accuracy of documents and invoices.

+ Maintain quality standards, complete required paperwork, and support additional duties as assigned.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent and strong reliability with consistent attendance.

+ Customer service experience with urgency, responsiveness, and a positive "can‑do" attitude.

+ Basic Windows skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn multiple printer systems.

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven, multitasking environment.

+ Ability to follow through quickly, maintain a clean workspace, and pass a background check (processed by the staffing agency).
