The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories.

This project will include:

• Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments,

• create taxonomy and content types,

• create retention schedules,

• create custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents,

• create workflows to process documents,

• create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events,

• create a standard security model.

Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.

• SPO setup and configuration as a document repository

• Customizing SPO forms and workflows

• Power Platform development experience

• Creating a document taxonomy

• Creating retention schedules

• Creating and using term stores

• 365 user security

• Secretary of State trusted system requirements

• Document Scanning experience is a plus
