Job Description
The Network Administrator is responsible for administering and supporting the company's core IT infrastructure. This includes VMware-based virtualization, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, Entra , Azure infrastructure, and backup and disaster recovery systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* System monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting
* Backup and replication oversight using Veeam
* Coordination with managed service providers for SD-WAN and firewall platforms
* Serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues
* Supporting documentation, audit activities, and infrastructure improvements in coordination with IT leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be substituted for formal education
* Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory in an enterprise environment
* Experience supporting VMware based virtualization and Microsoft 365 services including Entra Azure
* Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam preferred), Windows patching using WSUS, and core networking concepts
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required
