Job Title:
PEOPLESOFT Developer – Sacramento, CA
Client:
The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS)
Duration: 12 Months
Compensation: DOE
Qualifications/Experience- Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) on Oracle database version 12c or higher, including hands‑on experience with People Soft (Financials).
- Five (5) years of expert experience as a Senior DBA supporting databases on Red Hat Linux 7.x or higher and performing Unix shell scripting.
- Five (5) years of expert experience performing Oracle database upgrades and migrations to the latest Oracle supported version.
- Five (5) years of experience supporting Oracle databases on ASM (Automatic Storage Management).
- Five (5) years of experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) database version 12c or higher.
- Five (5) years of expert experience as a DBA supporting databases with a size of at least 10 TB.
- Five (5) years of experience writing documentation (standards, best practices, procedures).
- Five (5) years of experience with Oracle 12c or higher, including:
- Using Tuning Pack, Diagnostics Pack, Change Management Pack, and/or Automatic Workload Repository (AWR).
- Writing and tuning PL/SQL objects.
- Supporting Oracle databases that utilize RMAN backups to disk or other mediums.
- Supporting Oracle databases using replication/materialized views.
- Supporting Oracle databases using triggers.
- Five (5) years of experience as a DBA supporting government retirement and benefit database systems similar to CalPERS.
- Three (4) years of experience supporting Oracle databases in VMWare and Cohesity environment.
- Oracle DBA 11g or higher Certified Professional (must provide proof of certification).
