Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior PM in project execution
• Manage day-to-day project activities
• Track schedule, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Assist in (Request for Offer)
  RFP development
• Support Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) documentation and approvals
• Monitor project performance metrics

Required Qualifications (MQ)

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years project management experience
• 3+ years on large IT projects
• PMP Certification (MANDATORY):
  Hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.[
  
  Note:
  
  The PMP certification is strictly required and may not be substituted with additional experience.]
• 3+ years using Microsoft Project
• Experience with at least 1 $ 10M+ PAL project

Desired Qualifications (DQ)

• 6+ years PM experience
• Experience in state/government projects
• Agile or hybrid project experience

Project Manager
Category Minimum Qualification (MQ) Desirable Qualification (DQ) Education Bachelor's-level degree (or equivalent, substitute four (4) years of additional qualifying experience). Master's degree or doctorate (or substitute two (2) additional years of experience). Project Management Experience Five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years must be as a Senior Project Manager of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects.

Six (6) or more years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years must be as a Senior Project Manager of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects. Certification Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (cannot be substituted). N/A Tool Experience Three (3) years of experience developing and managing complex IT project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Four (4) or more years of experience developing and managing complex IT project schedules using Microsoft Project. PAL Experience Experience managing a minimum of one (1) IT project through successful PAL approval, with a value of at least $10 million. Experience managing two (2) or more IT projects through successful PAL approval, with a value of at least $10 million each.
