The UX/ have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience providing user experience and interaction designer services. This experience must include:

• User research such as conducting user interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Designing user flows and interaction patterns, mapping out user journeys and defining interaction patterns for clarity and usability.
• Creating interactive prototypes to test and refine user interactions.
• Designing to address specific needs of organization.
• Usability Testing:
  Testing prototypes with real users to gather feedback and identify usability issues.
• Collaborating with teams and reporting to Project Manager.
• Ensuring the design vision is implemented effectively.
• Designing interactions that are inclusive and meet accessibility standards, ensuring usability for all users.

The UX/ have a minimum of three years of experience providing user experience and interaction designer services to a state department, federal, state, local or public agency.

the UX/ possess a bachelor’s degree

Two or more consecutive years of experience in the last 10 years providing user experience and interaction designer consultative services to a state department using Agile methodology.
