1. A minimum of seven (7) years of senior-level experience in IBM mainframe realtime and batch transaction communications, application, and data
integrations.
2. A minimum of seven (7) years of senior-level experience in IBM Assembler, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Broadcom Endevor, and z/OS mainframe development.
3. A minimum of seven (7) years of senior-level experience in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Broadcom Endevor, and z/OS mainframe development.
4. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in 24x7 real-time and Batch IBM mainframe production monitoring, maintenance, and operations (M&O),
technical analysis, technical documentation, code development, testing, deployment, and configuration.
5. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT related field

CONTRACT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE
The Contractor will provide Managed Service expertise in legacy mainframe system maintenance and support, including 24x7 maintenance and operations support for DMV's legacy IBM mainframe service integration and the following systems:
• California Motor Vehicle Data Communication System (CAMVDCS)
-IBM
• COBOL/Customer Information Control System (CICS)
• Real-Time Control (RTC) and File Control Overhead (FCO) built with Assembler
• Language Legacy Driver's License Business applications
• COBOL and Assembler Business Applications.
• IBM MQ Middleware DMV System Services like Shadow, Automated Named Index (ANI) programs, Overhead Routines and Databases
CONTRACTOR TASKS
1. RTC/FCO & CAMVDCS Legacy System Maintenance and Operations
A. Contractor will develop, document, and submit service level agreements (SLA) to DMV for review and approval or rejection.
B. The SLA will address at a minimum: analysis, development, testing, operations support, system and application availability, real-time incident
response, response time, incident resolution time, service request performance measurements, and periodic service level reporting, including tasks
performed during the reporting period.
C. Upon DMV approval of the work plan and SLA, the Contractor will manage all aspects of contractor staff to ensure coverage and provide ongoing
24x7 maintenance and operations support for the following:
1. CAMVDCS and all its architecture and components, including all interfaces and applications.
2. RTC and all its architecture and components, including FCO applications.
3. Support will include analysis, design, code development, testing, and code deployment according to DMV's Release Management process and standard.
D. The Contractor will support RTC/CAMVDCS as indicated in Exhibit I, RTC/CAMVDCS Support Tasks.
E. The Contractor will adhere to the escalation process in Exhibit J, Technical Support Escalation Process.
2. Training, Mentoring, and Knowledge Transfer The Contractor will provide training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring sessions to the DMV staff in work performed by the Contractor, including but not limited to migration, deployment, configuration, maintenance, development, and operational activities. DMV staff must be able to demonstrate the acquired knowledge and ability required to perform the necessary tasks for future support activities in the absence of the Contractor.
