Report​/Dashboard Developer

The Department of Health Services embedded IT team is looking for a Contractor to develop reports
and dashboards for the Adult Correctional Health Program. This will be a six-month term with the
option of an extension.

* The candidate should have experience with:
* • Collaborating with business users to identify reporting needs, gather data requirements, and
define key performance indicators.

• Utilizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to prepare data from multiple
sources for reporting.

• Designing and developing user-friendly reports using various tools such as Power BI, Tableau,
or SSRS.

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards using various tools such as Power BI or
Tableau.

• Deploying reports and dashboards to designated platforms and managing access controls.

* Technical Skills
* • Must be proficient in SQL, data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation techniques.

• Must have expertise in a specific reporting tool.

• Must understand database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

* Qualifications
* • Able to establish and meet deadlines.

• Able to communicate well with customers, technical staff, and management.

• Able to establish and execute software test plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence
Certificate.

• Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR) systems is a plus.
