Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
Scope of WorkCapio Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to provide services, delivering ongoing maintenance, operational support, and updates for the systems maintained within multiple Salesforce client organizations. The role ensures successful implementation of system updates, operational support, optimization of system performance, and management of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to maintain high‑quality and efficient service delivery. The Lead will maintain integrations between Salesforce orgs and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, conduct knowledge transfer activities to equip client staff, and manage the procurement and licensing of Salesforce licenses.
- Oversee technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and ensure alignment with all tasks and deliverables at the Salesforce org level.
- Implement updates and provide ongoing maintenance, along with operational support that includes proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, user assistance, incident response within defined SLAs, regular health checks, and documentation updates.
- Implement system updates, including decisive bug fixes and performance optimizations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage all phases of the SDLC, from comprehensive requirements gathering to deployment, rigorous testing, and post‑deployment support.
- Maintain the integration processes between these Salesforce orgs and external systems, guaranteeing seamless data flow and system interoperability; implement adaptive maintenance and apply security fixes to ensure ongoing compliance with client security standards.
- Ensure all deliverables consistently meet agreed‑upon standards and best practices, thereby optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce orgs and their associated applications.
- Conduct thorough knowledge transfer activities for client staff and its designees, ensuring that all resources are fully trained and equipped with essential knowledge for operational success.
Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, RESTful API development and integration, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
