Lume Consulting Group is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise AI transformation initiatives, including Generative AI implementation, AI adoption, and AI-driven modernization projects across multiple business areas. This role combines technical project management expertise with strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise delivery methodologies. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with executive leadership, architects, developers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned with our client strategic goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives simultaneously
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project management documentation including:
- Project Charters
- Communication Plans
- Risk & Issue Logs
- Training Plans
- Transition Plans
- Project Closeout Reports
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI strategy into executable delivery plans
- Oversee AI adoption and organizational change management activities
- Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and ethical standards
- Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and integration planning
- Review business requirements, AI models, training datasets, and feature engineering approaches
- Manage vendor performance and stakeholder communications
- Prepare executive presentations and weekly/monthly status reporting
- Support continuous improvement of AI delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience managing complex technology projects exceeding $1M budgets
- Minimum 2 years managing AI/ML and data analytics projects
- Strong understanding of:
- AI/ML concepts
- Data pipelines
- Model lifecycle management
- Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Data Science
- Or related field
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as:
- MS Project
- Jira
- Confluence
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience creating or reviewing:
- AI technical documentation
- Cloud architecture diagrams
- API documentation
- Knowledge of:
- Data governance
- Security standards
- Compliance frameworks
- Experience managing cloud-based AI projects using:
- Azure
- AWS
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience driving AI transformation and enterprise adoption initiatives
