You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT services that support staff and operations. Systems Support Specialist

up to $29 per hour

• Assist with workstation deployments and hardware setup to ensure efficient technology operations.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including user account management and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, including inventory management and equipment replacement.
• Maintain reliable technology services that support airport staff operations and safety.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 applications.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, and install computer equipment and peripherals up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spaces.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week at the specified location.
