Grocery Outlet is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a technical/support field and will be familiar with basic computer hardware, including POS systems. This position offers a base salary range of $24 - $27 hourly, along with 401(k) profit sharing.
