Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will create content to support Covered California’s programs and technology, which help Californians enroll in health and dental insurance coverage. You will research health care coverage topics, dive into policy and processes, and turn complex information into guides, procedures, and support materials that are easy to use and understand. You will also review existing knowledge content, identify what is working and what could be improved, and recommend updates that help the end user.
