Our client, a government agency dedicated to public service and community support, is seeking a M365 and Web Communications Liaison to join their team. As a M365 and Web Communications Liaison, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various digital communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**   $27.00 to $30.00 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Serve as a customer liaison between the Web Team and departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

+ Support communications for M365, SharePoint Online, intranet, web, accessibility, and digital service initiatives.

+ Assist with Gov Delivery email processes, including intake, review, coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.

+ Help departments understand service offerings, standards, processes, timelines, and requirements.

+ Support training communications, adoption efforts, FAQs, process documentation, and customer-facing materials.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

+

Experience with JIRA or similar tracking tools.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage requests efficiently.

+ Interest in process improvement and digital communication strategies.
