Role:
Endpoint Support Technician

Location:
Sacramento, CA (On-site)

Duration: 6 months

Overview: We're looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT professional to join our Platform Services team as an Endpoint Support Technician. You'll deliver hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and Audio/Visual systems including high-visibility support for executive and board-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, diagnose, and prepare computer hardware, printers, plotters, and peripheral equipment in a networked Microsoft environment
  • Provide White Glove technical support to senior leadership and C-Suite staff
  • Set up and troubleshoot Audio/Visual systems for Board and Committee meetings (evening shifts, starting 5 PM may run to midnight)
  • Support conference room setups and ensure readiness for all scheduled meetings
  • Perform computer user data and software inventory services
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets in a Service Now ticketing system
  • Occasionally travel between office locations using personal vehicles
  • Train incoming contract staff using a train-the-trainer approach with full process documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations support
  • Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise domain environment
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and user profile management
  • Experience supporting Audio/Visual equipment in hybrid or in-person meeting environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences (written and verbal)
  • Physical ability to lift up-to 50 lbs.
  • Must be available for on-site work, including pre-scheduled evening shifts
