Blue Shield of CA is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will assist customers with computer issues both on-site and remotely in Lodi, CA. You will be responsible for imaging and deploying systems for break-fix and refresh, while ensuring high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Client Operating Systems and Cisco Any Connect, along with proficiency in Active Directory. This role is on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday.
