Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant

Anticipated start date:
End of March anticipated contract length: 6 months to start, this position is needed long term and candidate will be considered for contract to hire. Open to local and remote candidates or local with on site requirement (if so what is that requirement)? Prefer local and will encourage to join in person for bigger meetings.

Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Admin. Key responsibilities include administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, installed packages, permissions; documenting processes, automations, journey builds, and all other Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects; collaborating with internal team to understand stakeholder requirements, and help validate business requirements; building automations, journeys, Cloud Pages, and dynamic content that span multiple communications channels based on technical requirements provided by Architect;

maintaining Custom Preference Center; keeping up to date with Privacy Laws and ensuring best practices are followed; preparing reports using SQL and/or Datorama; having a deep understanding of the business and marketing KPIs to track; training and supporting end-users on Marketing Cloud; taking initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities.

Troubleshoot any issues with Marketing Cloud.

Experience and qualifications required include 1+ year experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with SQL;
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of studies; knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities; bonus Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications; experience working with Marketing Cloud Connect and ; proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
