About the Role
Accenture Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operations practice helps clients transform their end-to-end supply chain. We are looking for a consultant to drive value and reinvention for our Med Tech clients.
What would you do?- Supporting diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively in Med Tech and supply chain leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching, and driving engagement.
- Leading sub work streams working with Accenture teams.
- Bringing effective communications to manage client relationships and deliver with excellence.
- Supporting sales origination and project delivery in Med Tech Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Supporting sales and delivery of business and technology transformations utilizing deep industry expertise in Med Tech and supply chain.
- Building and applying technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
Travel – candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.
Here’s What You Need:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences management consulting or in industry in at least one of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas such as CMOs, health technology companies, etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Your Bachelor’s degree has a major in science or supply chain or engineering.
- You have a deep understanding of medtech manufacturing and supply.
- You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills.
- You have experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and apply structure to your problem solving.
Compensation varies depending on location, role level, and experience. The posting is open until 06/05/2026. Salary ranges by location:
- California: $70,350 to $205,800
- Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
- Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
- District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
- Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
- Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
- Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
- New York: $66,300 to $205,800
- New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
- Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
