You analyze clients’ security postures, anticipate requirements, and design right‑sized solutions based on industry‑leading practices.

• Work directly with clients and Accenture teams to design, implement, and operate IAM solutions.
• Develop deep working relationships with senior executives and client account managers.
• Understand business direction and create optimized IAM architectures to meet client needs.
• Build knowledge capital through research, development, and industry insight to deliver best‑of‑breed expertise.
• Help grow Accenture Security across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with recent hands‑on Python and async work.
• Minimum of 3 years of working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows including DCR, PAR, and token exchange.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with at least one agent framework (Claude Agent SDK, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Minimum of 1 year of MCP server development or integration experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of deep understanding of Zero Trust architectures, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Secrets Management (Cyber Ark, Hashi Corp), and policy‑based access control.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience.

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. The following are approximate salary ranges for select locations:

• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
• Maine: $54,400 to $151,400
• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
• New York: $66,300 to $205,800
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
• Virginia: $59,100 to $189,300
• Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
