** About the Role*
* Net Suite Customer Success (CS) is seeking an experienced  
** Consulting Lead
** to join our Professional Services team focused on  
** Construction. Energy and Transportation
** implementations. This role delivers ERP implementations and optimization engagements using the  
** Suite Success methodology
** for customers across North America.

This position sits within the Net Suite Customer Success - Delivery / Professional Services organization and is responsible for leading end-to-end Net Suite implementations, phase upgrades, module deployments, and optimization or health-check engagements that result in high-value, project-based outcomes.

As a Consulting Lead, you will operate independently with ownership for overall engagement outcomes, working closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions. Soft skills and professional maturity are essential-you must be capable of navigating complex client situations and collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.

* + Lead and deliver Net Suite implementation and optimization engagements for Construction, Energy and Transportation industry customers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

+ Gather, analyze, and validate customer business requirements and translate them into scalable Net Suite solution designs.

+ Architect and configure Net Suite solutions to meet customer business objectives, including complex workflows, automations, reporting, and integrations.

+ Define detailed functional requirements and collaborate with technical resources (internal teams or partners) to design, test, and deploy integrations and advanced configurations.

+ Provide leadership and oversight to consultant team members, delegating work while maintaining ownership of overall solution quality and delivery outcomes.

+ Establish strong, trusted-advisor relationships with customers; proactively manage expectations, scope, and risk with professionalism.

+ Apply Net Suite implementation methodology, industry best practices, and internal delivery standards to ensure consistent, repeatable outcomes.

+ Participate in solution scoping, effort estimation, project planning, and knowledge sharing across the Professional Services organization.

+ Maintain up-to-date expertise in Net Suite capabilities, certifications, and emerging platform enhancements.

** Qualifications*
* + 3+ years of relevant professional experience to include Net Suite ERP Financials functional solution implementation and/or administration. Competitive ERP solution experience will be considered.

+ Strong ERP functional consulting background with experience leading customer-facing implementations and/or leading as the customer.

+ Construction, Energy or Transportation Industry ERP Experience highly preferred. Understanding of unique aspects of the industries such as Suite Projects, AIA Billing / WIP / Retainage, and unique reporting requirements is a plus.

Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.

+ Consulting experience with demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver executive-ready communications.

+ Proven track record leading medium to large ERP programs with cross-functional and technical complexity.

+ Experience mentoring or coaching consultants within delivery engagements

+ Direct industry experience within Construction, Energy or Transportation is a plus.

Experience with field service solutions or construction management software is a plus.

+ Net Suite certifications (Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, Suite Cloud Developer) and/or cloud certifications (OCI or equivalent) and/or AI skills/certifications are a plus.

+ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to travel as needed.
