Hiring: IT Systems Support Specialist (Field Services)
Location:
Downtown Sacramento, CA (Onsite). We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to provide onsite Field Service support for multiple business departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on IT professional with strong desktop support, Active Directory, and Windows troubleshooting experience.
- Provide Level 2 Service Desk and Field Support
- Troubleshoot Windows hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Support Active Directory user administration and identity management
- Assist users with DUO authentication, Net Motion, and remote connectivity
- Perform software deployments using MECM task sequences
- Install, configure, image, relocate, and support desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
- Support hardware peripherals including printers, barcode scanners, and receipt printers
- Update hardware/software inventory and asset assignments
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting multiple departments
3+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Services experience.
Strong experience with:
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Hardware & software installation
- Desktop imaging
- IT asset management
- Microsoft Edge configuration
Experience supporting:
- Net Motion VPN
- Network connectivity
- Desktop peripherals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Manifest asset management
- Government or public sector IT support
