Integration Delivery Lead Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mule Soft and enterprise integration programs across design, build, test, and deployment
• Drive API-led and event-driven architecture using Mule Soft and Kafka
• Manage integrations across SAP/ERP systems, cloud platforms, and middleware ecosystems
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and release planning
• Engage with client stakeholders and executive leadership for status updates and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, and best practices
• Lead and manage onshore/offshore teams and drive delivery excellence

• Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Data Weave)
• Kafka / Event Streaming architectures
• SAP / ERP integration (S/4
  
  HANA, ECC, middleware)
• AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, cloud integrations)
• Strong experience in API-led connectivity & microservices architecture.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000– $ 160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
