Role Overview
Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’ll be a technical leader, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, project executives, delivery teams, and sometimes vendors. You’ll be involved from the start of a project—understanding needs and determining the best technical solution—and at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.
As an Infrastructure Architect you’ll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience, bringing vision, knowledge and leadership to each project. You are the subject‑matter expert for the client, consulting early, gathering inputs, identifying requirements, defining what Kyndryl can do, designing the optimal solution, and acting as the technical leader during implementation.
Required Technical and Professional Experience- 3 years experience in Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
- Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
- Hands‑on experience and learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability
- Must be willing to travel on‑site to client on a monthly basis
- MS Project or other Project Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full‑time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job‑related skills, and experience. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately and will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
Different ranges apply to certain locations (relevant amounts listed above). The position is eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program and may include a sales commission plan if applicable.
