OverviewCARB’s Office of Information Services (OIS) is seeking a passionate Information Technology Specialist II in the Dev Ops and Database Unit to serve as a technical product manager responsible for providing application support for new and maintenance applications.
This role involves all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, design, and testing.
Responsibilities- Serve as a technical product manager for application support.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure applications are professionally managed, properly maintained, secured, and efficiently utilized.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

- Experience with system analysis and design, business process reengineering, developing business requirements, testing, and/or joint application development.
- Experience designing databases and understanding of database normalization concepts.
