SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical Risk Program Administrator to support and strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management framework with a focus on Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role serves as a critical second line of defense, helping coordinate risk activities, monitor issue remediation, support executive-level reporting, and ensure audit and regulatory readiness.
The ideal candidate brings experience in risk operations, issue management, cybersecurity governance, vendor risk, and executive reporting. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining a balanced approach to risk management and business objectives.
What You Will Do- Coordinate enterprise risk assessments with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support risk appetite and tolerance monitoring through documentation, reporting, and escalation management.
- Prepare executive and committee-level materials related to risk, technology, and information security governance.
- Execute issue management processes and track remediation activities across information security and third-party risk programs.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and related reporting metrics.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data submissions from business owners and produce actionable insights.
- Support audit and regulatory examinations by gathering evidence, tracking findings, and assisting with corrective action plans.
- Monitor open issues and conditions to ensure timely closure and compliance with risk management procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve policies, processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.
- Create process maps, documentation standards, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, investigations, and special projects to support Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.
- Provide organizational and planning support to departmental leadership including task tracking and escalation coordination.
- Stay informed on applicable financial regulations, information security standards, and third-party risk frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, issue management, information security governance, third-party/vendor risk, operations, or program administration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management practices, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, information security operations, and third-party risk management practices.
- Experience supporting audits, examinations, remediation tracking, and control assurance activities.
- Ability to develop executive-level reporting and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent analytical, workflow analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Strong process improvement, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio); experience with Power BI and Service Now preferred.
- Self-starter mindset with excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
