Dell driving techician​/field service technician

Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician Location &

Employment Type

Sacramento, CA (and other US locations). Long‑term contract or contract‑to‑permanent.

• Travel to various customer locations from the designated pickup parts location.
• Visit business offices and homes to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use your own vehicle to provide on‑site service, covering 50–70 miles from the pickup location.
• Work primarily with Dell products; prior experience with Dell or similar products is a plus.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in speech and attire.
• Prepare for overtime and extensive driving (approximately 300 miles per week).

• A+ Certification (training or expired status acceptable).
• Additional certifications from Dell or other manufacturers are a plus.
• Experience working on laptops and desktops.
• Experience in break/fix support.

• Background check and driving record verification required upon offer.
• Complete the Dell certification training (online) at no cost.
• Accept contract agreement terms and conditions of the company.
• Pay is issued biweekly for approved hours.
• Mileage will be reimbursed; discuss details with the recruiter.
• Be prepared for a backup vehicle if your car breaks down.

• Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
