- Serve as co‑administrator for the ITSM system, maintaining desktop/workstation asset inventory and ensuring data integrity throughout the lifecycle of IT assets.
- Create, maintain, and update software configuration diagrams, version control documents, and technical documentation for all ITSM tools.
- Respond to and resolve operational, technical, and production software issues; plan, test, and implement new releases and patches.
- Administer the ITSM service desk, defining user access, designing data workflows, and implementing change requests.
- Manage inter‑application data flow between ITSM modules, analyze data for logical flow, and troubleshoot interface connectivity among development, test, and production environments.
- Maintain server hardware for development, test, and production, providing backup operations, security patches, and system outage resolution.
Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications as stated in the Classification Specification(s) and successfully complete the Information Technology Specialist I Examination.
